Brief: Create logo for NCLA a nonpartisan, nonprofit civil rights group founded to protect constitutional freedoms from violations by the Administrative State. NCLA’s public-interest litigation and other pro-bono advocacy strive to tame the unlawful power of state and federal agencies and to foster a new civil liberties movement that will help restore Americans’ fundamental rights.
Process: I worked closely with the head of organization and others on the team about what they wanted exactly. They finally thought the best way to express their mission was the top portion of the Statue of Liberty.
